The Office of the Sheriff continues to investigate two missing persons cases and need the help of the community of Effingham County. We strongly feel someone has information that could be crucial to solving these cases.
The cases are as follows:

Allyson Romedy
Ms. Romedy was reported missing the morning of March 1, 2002. She was last seen at her residence at 430 Weisenbaker Road, Apt. 1, Rincon, Georgia. Her 1997 four-door Plymouth Breeze, was found two days later at the Fair Oaks Apartments off of Weisenbaker Road, approximately a mile from her home. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) is currently heading up the investigation. Ms. Romedy is described as 5'2/120 pounds, blue eyes, brown hair and born 1958.
There is a $7500 reward for information leading to the solving of this case.

Mr. Mack was reported missing September 16th 2005. He was last seen operating a black Toyota T100, which was found abandoned on GA SR 21 North. After a lengthy effort in attempting to locate Mr. Mack, including search teams and tracking dogs from the Atlanta area, he was not located. He was last seen wearing a green T-shirt and blue jeans. He has a large amount of hair and a moustache. His upper two front teeth are missing.
