1. Does the fire department fill swimming pools?

No. Due to our need for drafting from open water sources (ponds, lakes, rivers), and the fact that the inside of our tanks and hoses cannot be cleaned to guarantee water quality for safe use, we cannot fill swimming pools. 

2. Does the fire department charge for emergency responses?

No, ECFR does not charge for any emergency response or non-emergency public assist requests.
